At Parkfield Angling Centre, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all fishing tackle and apparel are returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the parcel.
Ship to the Centre
Send your package back to our main Parkfield Angling Centre warehouse using a tracked courier service to ensure safe delivery of your angling equipment.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
